Rooted in Transition

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Challenges may arise unexpectedly, making it difficult to find your way forward.
Psychological difficulties can have a significant impact on daily life, especially when you feel unable to manage them on your own.
No matter how complex your situation may seem, there is a way forward. You are welcome to share your concerns or questions in a safe, non-judgmental space. Nothing is too small, too vague, or too difficult to discuss.
Together, we will explore what is happening in your life and identify practical steps towards change. I offer an objective perspective and support you in your emotional recovery.
I will help you recognise unhelpful patterns in your thoughts and behaviour, and develop ways to challenge them.
My approach is warm, professional, and focused. We get to the heart of what is troubling you and work towards a solution, giving you practical tools to move forward.

Psyche - ψυχή What does it mean?

In Greek and Roman antiquity, the butterfly symbolized the soul. The Greek word psyche (ψυχή) can mean soul, mind, or spirit—the invisible life force that animates and guides the body. A butterfly begins life as a caterpillar, without wings. Over time, it eats, grows, and develops until it is ready to realise its potential. Hidden within its chrysalis, a remarkable metamorphosis takes place. Eventually, the caterpillar emerges as a butterfly, with beautiful colours and wings to fly. Like the butterfly, we all have the capacity to grow and change. Through personal development, we can become more free, experience life more fully, and find our place in the world. Psyche supports people of all ages in navigating change, overcoming challenges, and reaching their natural potential. If you are seeking support with personal development, a specific concern, or difficulties in your life, please contact Psyche to discuss how we can work together towards your goals.

Spoken languages

Expressing your thoughts and feelings can be especially difficult when you are doing so in a language other than your mother tongue.
I offer therapy in English, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch, so you can choose the language in which you feel most comfortable.
