Guided by Lived Experience
I understand the quiet weight of being between worlds.
I have lived in several countries, including France, Italy, Libya, Argentina, and Monaco. These experiences and the different cultures I encountered have shaped me both personally and professionally. They have given me a broader perspective on life, helped me understand the challenges people may face and the importance of cultural context. My journey as an expat allows me to meet you exactly where you are in your own transition.
I have lived and worked in the Netherlands since 2000 and have worked in the healthcare sector since 2004.
As a psychologist, I take an integrative approach, using different therapeutic methods according to each person’s individual needs. My work includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Voice Dialogue, and EMDR for trauma-related difficulties.
I speak and offer therapy in English, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch.
Outside of my work, I enjoy practicing Aikido and horseback riding activities, that help me stay grounded, focused, and connected to movement and nature.
